Certified OT Security Practitioner TÜV® (COSP)

Internal Mediation
In this training you will experience, how to incorporate internal mediation in your culture. Different goals, different procedures or simply different points of view: In the operational area, differentiated points of view are part of everyday life. Before these permanently lead to conflicts and thus lead to a possible loss of productivity, it is important to deal with them in a structured manner and to find corresponding solutions.
Negotiation Training
In this workshop, you will practice your negotiation skills. You will learn to interpret verbal and non-verbal messages from your negotiation partners, formulate goals and control negotiation situations.
SCC - Safety Certificate Contractor (EN)
The certification system SCC represents an international safety standard for contractors (independent subcontractors) that provide technical services. Contractors operate in branch offices of the contracting authority to fulfill technical services such as maintenances, assemblies, crane-, cleaning- and insulation works.
Training as a certified Safety Representative TÜV®
In order to steer the occupational health and safety management system (OHS-MS), a representative of the highest management body must be appointed. Responsibilites include the realization, introduction, maintenance and continuous improvement of the OHS-MS.
Certified OT Security Manager TÜV® (COSM)
Participants learn all the necessary skills to identify threats at an early stage, to increase the security level and to avoid security vulnerabilities in the long term. The focus is on organizational topics and process management, but technical influencing factors are also addressed to better equip participants for future security decisions.
Certified Project Manager TÜV®
In this training you will get the necessary qualifications for successful planning, execution and follow-up of projects. You will learn all the essential elements of project management, acquire the knowledge to implement and use project management standards in a targeted manner and be able to use the know-how in practice.
