The TÜV AUSTRIA Academy, the training institute of TÜV AUSTRIA, defended its top ranking and is thus ahead of WIFI (Economic Development Institute of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber) and BFI (Vocational Training Institute Austria).
HR managers and employees of companies with more than 50 employees were surveyed on behalf of INDUSTRIEMAGAZIN. In total, this means 500 people who took part in a training event in the previous year.
How was it evaluated?
The ranking is divided into eight categories, one overall category and seven individual categories. The image score is the basis for the ranking. The score 1 means the best possible image, the score 5 stands for the worst possible image. Here, too, the TÜV AUSTRIA Academy was able to maintain its position with a score of 2.
Competence is the trump card
An extremely interesting result of the survey is that competence is decisive for the selection of the seminar provider. It is not the big name that is the trump card, but practical experience. This is exactly what the TÜV AUSTRIA Academy focuses on when designing the training content. "Whether it's green tech, compliance or IT security, what counts in the area of further education is practical orientation and exchange within the network," knows Christian Bayer, Managing Director of the TÜV AUSTRIA Academy. And he adds: "Together with our customers, the TÜV AUSTRIA Academy forms a crisis-proof network of experts".
Offer with high practical relevance
The educational offer ranges from qualified courses, seminars and e-learning programmes to the publishing of specialist publications and in-house training. The courses are held in the core areas of safety, technology, environment, quality and leadership by experts and practitioners from all areas of TÜV AUSTRIA and renowned companies and institutions.
THANKS to all our customers and partners who made this great evaluation possible!
