While some of these policies, such as the Machinery Directive or the Construction Product Regulation, are well established among economic operators, their overarching structure, the New Legislative Framework, and thus the link between the product-specific regulations and the associated obligations, remains largely unknown.

- Selecting the right procedure and the appropriate steps for placing the product on the market
- Issuing the necessary marketing documents, such as declarations of conformity, declarations of performance or declarations of installation
- Learning how to legally and correctly place products on the market, including the required documents

This course does not cover the technical requirements for safe products according to the respective directive, but rather deals with the legal requirements and the know-how for their implementation. This course therefore supports you in independently and professionally implementing the product-specific regulations.
