By the end of our eight-week program, you will be able to answer these questions with confidence and expertise, supported by a strategic roadmap and planning document designed to remain relevant far beyond the next release of ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI platform.
Over the course of eight weeks in our Leaders Academy, you will develop an individual AI strategy tailored to your organization and earn the title of Certified AI Manager TÜV®. Throughout the program, you will work directly on your own company’s strategy. This is not a theoretical training course, but a hands-on strategy workshop.

You will begin by developing your own AI vision (Week 1), which you will progressively enrich with various frameworks, tools, and technologies (Weeks 2 and 3). These elements will then be consolidated into a comprehensive roadmap (Week 4). The following weeks focus on implementation, drawing on real-world best practices and expert insights into AI security, ethics, and data protection.
