We cannot wait to see you again! To ensure the highest safety standard we have put a lot of efforts in the past couple of weeks.
For this, we rolled up our sleeves, did not spit into our hands and put on disposable gloves instead. Furthermore, we glued floor markings, ventilated the seminar rooms and disinfected the tables. We also consulted a number of experts, the best only of course, to create a safe learning environment for you. Together with the NBC Defence Centre of the Austrian Armed Forces we developed a full hygiene concept serving as the new number one directive for face-to-face seminars. Now we are ready to start and look forward to your visit!
Please consider as follows:
- A hand full of safety: Use the disinfection dispenseres on site.
- A few steps: Use the staircase instead of the lift.
- Activate your protective shield: Please wear a face mask in all meeting areas when entering the building, during breaks or in gangways.
As long as you are in the seminar room wearing a face mask is not required. We have set all protective measures as prescribed. - Free space: Please keep a distance of at least 1 m from other seminar participants and employees and pay attention to the floor markings if necessary.
- No handshakes: We do not shake hands but we give you a smile - pass it on and avoid physical contact.
- The rooms are always ventilated during the regular breaks and disinfected in the evening. With us you can breathe deeply!
- Don't just satisfy your hunger for knowledge - during the break the snack is ready for you as usual.
- Table dance: We have moved a lot of tables to reduce the number of seats in the restaurant. Self-service is now replaced by service. What has not changed? The best food, by far the best.
